Biography

Justin Sinkovich is an Associate Professor and the Associate Director of the School of Business and Entrepreneurship (BUSE) at ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ, specializing in teaching and researching entrepreneurship and digital marketing in the creative industries while also serving as an administrator for BUSE and coordinator of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation BA. 

Justin is an active entrepreneur and innovator, focused on the technology and media industry. His previous work includes co-founding the Webby-winning digital music service, Epitonic, which was acquired by Palm Pictures, where he then worked as an executive. After consulting for Bay-Area technology companies like CNET (Download.com) and Radiant (betterPropaganda), he led the development of the digital distribution for twenty labels at Touch and Go Distribution, transitioning one of the highest-grossing independent record distributors into the digital age.

His current industry role includes providing consulting services related to artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, serving as a consulting partner at the LA-based Solid Brass Records, and contributing to social impact initiatives. He stays creative and is a Grammy-voting music industry specialist. 

He recently earned his Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California (USC). Previously, he earned his Master of Arts Management (MAM) in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ and his Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
